What Happens After Your Request

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
We will process and complete your data deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
Please note that certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance).

Third-Party Platforms

If you connected to ORGANO™ via a third-party platform such as Facebook or Instagram, you may also submit a data deletion request directly through that platform. We will be notified and will process the deletion on our end accordingly.
