Our work spans mushroom cultivation, mycelium materials and product formulation. Through Fungitech's research collaborations and Australian formulation work, we continue building knowledge across these three areas.
Ganoderma cultivation
Sarawak Biodiversity Centre
Fungitech collaborates with the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre on Ganoderma research. The programme includes cultivation work in a purpose-built greenhouse on the Centre's grounds.
This ongoing collaboration explores Ganoderma, also known as Lingzhi or Reishi, and its cultivation.

Mycelium materials
Universiti Teknologi MARA, Pulau Pinang
Our collaboration with UiTM Pulau Pinang focuses on mycelium-based materials for packaging and composite applications. It is formalised through a Memorandum of Agreement.
This research connects with MycoPack, our sister brand under Fungitech Group, which develops mushroom-based packaging.
