Automatically. Every order (one-time or subscription) earns 10% cashback on the amount you paid (after any discounts). The credit is released to your account 12 days after your order ships.
How do I redeem my cashback?
It applies automatically. The next time you check out, your available store credit is shown right above the payment options and deducted from your total. You don't need a code.
Does my cashback expire?
Cashback expires 12 months after it's earned, so use it on your next box or two and you'll never lose any.
Can I combine the welcome bonus with a bundle or subscription?
Yes, the RM10 welcome bonus stacks with bundle and subscription pricing. The one thing it can't combine with is another discount code (like the RM15 referee credit). If a friend referred you and you're also a new customer, pick whichever saves you more. You can only use one at a time.
How do I refer a friend?
Open the rewards widget: tap the Rewards button on any TYGRON™ page. You'll see your unique referral link there, copy it and send via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email. When your friend buys their first box, you both get credit automatically.
What happens if my friend buys but doesn't use my link?
Unfortunately the referral has to come through your unique link to track. If your friend forgets, send us a message via WhatsApp at +60 17-604 5612 with their order number. We'll see what we can do for first-time mistakes.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes. There's no cap. The more friends who breathe easier with TYGRON™, the more credit you earn.
Where do I see my balance?
Two places: the rewards widget, opened with the Rewards button on any TYGRON™ page (live points balance), and your account page if you're logged in.
