What you earn
Four tiers. You do not pick your own. We assign it when we read your application, and we tell you which one you are on before you promote anything.
Nano creator
1,000 to 10,000 followers, engagement rate of 3% or higher.

Top partner
Hand picked. Respiratory specialists building a public profile, established parenting voices, long form reviewers, and creators who have earned it on the micro tier.

Plus 5% of what that customer buys for the next two years, however they come back.
Clinic and practitioner
Clinics, TCM halls, respiratory specialists, and owner operated pharmacies of one or two branches.
25%of every order you refer
Plus 15% of what that patient buys afterwards, with no end date, because a doctor's recommendation keeps working long after the consultation.
Pharmacy groups of three or more branches are not on this programme. They buy from us at wholesale and keep the retail margin instead, and paying both would undercut the pharmacies carrying our stock.
How it works

Apply, and a person reads it
Nothing is approved automatically. We look at who your audience actually is before we say yes, and we tell you your tier and your rate when we do.

Share your link or your code
You get a tracking link and a discount code in your own name. Post it, put it in a bio, hand the code over in a consultation room. Both are tracked.

Get paid every month
Watch orders and earnings build in your partner dashboard, and take payment by bank transfer on or before the 7th of the following month.
The parts most programmes bury
These are the numbers that decide whether a programme is worth your time, so they are on the front page rather than in a footer.
- 60 days to convert
- Someone who clicks your link is credited to you for 60 days. If they click a different partner's link in between, the most recent one takes the order.
- A 30 day hold, then release
- Every commission sits as pending for 30 days after the parcel ships. If nothing comes back, it approves itself. You can see both balances in your dashboard the whole time.
- We never ask for money back
- Our return window is shorter than the hold, so a refunded order simply cancels the pending commission before anything is paid. There is no clawback on approved earnings.
- Paid by the 7th, every month
- Everything approved by the last day of the month is paid in Malaysian ringgit by the 7th of the next one. A balance under RM50 rolls forward. Singapore partners, tell us at application and we will confirm your payout route.
What your audience gets
Your code takes RM10 off their order, and it applies by itself when they arrive through your link, so nobody has to remember to type anything. One use per customer.
It sits alongside our bundle pricing and any shipping offer running at the time. It does not combine with our welcome bonus or with store credit, so a customer holding either of those takes whichever is worth more to them.
What we ask of you
- Say it is a paid partnership on every promotional post. Every platform, every language.
- Do not bid on ORGANO or TYGRON® brand keywords on Google or any other paid search platform.
- TYGRON® sits in Malaysia's functional food category, not the medical one, and your posts have to stay inside that line. No promise that it will fix an illness, no recovery story framed as a result. We give every partner wording that is safe to use, and we will check anything you are unsure about.
- Do not post the code as a public discount or list it on a deal site.
Who we do not accept
Said plainly so nobody wastes an application.
- Coupon, voucher and cashback aggregator sites. They publish a price below what our pharmacy partners charge, and that costs us the pharmacies.
- Pharmacy groups of three or more branches. Those are wholesale accounts.
- Any structure built on recruiting a downline and earning from other people's referrals.
- Accounts above one million followers, for now. We will revisit that once the brand is established.
Questions
Do I need a big following?
No. The nano tier starts at 1,000 followers, and we care far more about whether your audience listens to you than how many of them there are. A clinic with one room and 200 regular patients is a stronger partner than an account with 100,000 followers who scroll past.
Which products can I promote?
Every ORGANO product, under one link and one code. TYGRON® is the range on sale today. As ORGANO launches further products your existing link carries them automatically, at the tier you already hold, with nothing to re apply for.
How is my tier decided, and can it change?
We set it when we approve you, based on your audience and your channel. It is not permanent. Creators who perform on the micro tier are the main way people reach the top tier, and we review the roster each quarter.
What happens if a customer returns their order?
The commission cancels while it is still pending, which is why we hold it for 30 days. You see it disappear from your pending balance, and nothing is ever taken back out of money already paid to you.
Can I run paid ads to my link?
Yes, with one exception: no bidding on our brand names on paid search. Bidding on ORGANO or TYGRON® means we pay you a commission on a customer who was already typing our name into Google, and that is not what this programme is for.
Do you send product before I post?
Yes. Approved partners are sent product to try before they are asked to say anything about it, and clinic partners also receive display stock. We would rather you tried it and passed than posted about something you have never opened.
What language do you support?
The partner dashboard is in English and Simplified Chinese today. Write to us in Bahasa Malaysia any time and a person will answer you in Bahasa Malaysia.
