From Spore to Sachet: How a TYGRON™ Sachet Actually Gets Made
Most wellness brands are vague about how their products are actually made. We aren't. Here's the full path of a TYGRON™ sachet, from spore to your hand.
Stage 1: Cultivation (Malaysia, 365+ days)
Tiger milk mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus) is propagated from spore stock under the TMM365+ method developed by our founder, a mushroom-cultivation specialist with two decades in the field.
Most commercial tiger milk mushroom is cultivated in 60 to 180 days. We take more than 365 days per harvest. The slower cycle produces a denser sclerotium with higher 1,3/1,6 beta-glucan content. ORGANO™ holds the Malaysia Book of Records for the highest 1,3/1,6 beta-glucan content in tiger milk mushroom in Malaysia. 1,3/1,6 beta-glucan is the most important active compound and quality benchmark in tiger milk mushroom: a higher content signals greater potency and quality.
Stage 2: Harvest and processing (Malaysia)
The mature sclerotium is harvested, cleaned, dried, and milled to specification. We use only sclerotium, the dense underground tuber where the actives live. No mycelium. No grain residue. No fruiting-body filler.

Stage 3: Australian formulation
The TYGRON™ recipe is designed in Australia by professional formulators. Eight ingredients chosen for their evidence base and synergy:
- Tiger Milk Mushroom sclerotium extract
- Lion's Mane fruiting body extract
- Vitamin C
- Acacia Fibre
- Bacopa leaf extract
- Elderberry fruit extract
- Astragalus root extract
- Turmeric rhizome extract
Plus a small amount of stevia leaf extract for taste and natural anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, silica). No added sugar. No preservative. No thickener. No starch. No mycelium.
Stage 4: Herbosomal® encapsulation
Beta-glucan polysaccharides are large molecules. Without protection, much of the active can be degraded by stomach acid before reaching your bloodstream.
The TYGRON™ sclerotium extract is wrapped in Herbosomal®, a liposomal encapsulation technology. This protects the active through gastric digestion so more reaches your cells. The Herbosomal® coating is on the tiger milk mushroom extract portion, paired with whole sclerotium for the full-mushroom content.
Stage 5: Manufacturing (Malaysia, GMP/HACCP/Halal)
The finished blend is sachet-packed at our Malaysian manufacturing facility, which holds GMP, HACCP, and Halal MS 1500 certification. Each sachet is 5 g; each box contains 14 sachets (a 14-day supply for adults at one sachet per day).
Stage 6: Third-party batch testing
Every batch is tested before it leaves the warehouse for:
- Heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium)
- Microbial purity (yeast, mould, total plate count, pathogens)
- Active-compound levels (beta-glucan content)
Results are documented for every batch. The batch number and expiry are printed on the bottom of every box: traceable.
